Pop- Up Shops: In keeping with community spirit, we’ve carved out an exclusive area for local merchants and small business leaders to connect with festival attendees.
Show Hours: Saturday, September 14th, 2024 4:00pm- 11:00pm
Load in Hours: Saturday, September 14th, 2024 2:00pm-3:30pm
Vendor Spaces are limited! Each 8x8 space is priced at $100/ea.
Each vendor space will come equipped with 1 6ft table and 2 chairs.
All vendors must be onsite no later than 3:00pm to begin set up.
Vendors spaces are located outdoors, feel free to bring your pop-up tent if you choose. All vendor spaces are on a flat concrete surface.

Your submission is acknowledgement that you have read and understood the following information:
ALL Vendors are subject to approval and discretion of show management. Should you not be accepted, you will be notified in writing and receive a refund within 15 days of your application. Cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellation request on or before September 1st- a full refund will be issued. Cancellation requests after September 1st are nonrefundable. A $10 transaction fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Applications for the following will not be accepted: firearms or weapons of any kind, illegal substances or paraphernalia, no live animals, any other products that do not meet the standards of festival management. Food & drink applications will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. All necessary Tulsa County health department rules & regulations apply.
Sales Tax: The Oklahoma Tax Commission requires all exhibitors to collect sales tax on any items sold. The current tax rate is 8.517%.

Pop-up Shop Terms & Conditions
Your submission is acknowledgement of the following Terms and Conditions:
Vendor application approval will be extended at the sole discretion of event management. My submission is acknowledgement of all terms and conditions of the approval process. It shall also serve as authorization to include your company name, and images for promotional reasons across any of our marketing platforms including but not limited to event related websites, social media platforms and other related marketing outlets as a partner to the event. All Vendors must comply with show management, venue, city, state and government rules and regulations. Vendors agree to hold harmless: Summerstock Festival, LLC, AA Event Pros, WOMPA, their subsidiaries and subcontractors for all damage, injury, or theft from exhibiting during the Summberstock Music Festival.
